  • A fruit-crop should neither be sold bought until it is ready

  • An article which is not happiness one’s possession at the time of the deal should not be sold
  • If grain etc. Is bought, should not be sold until delivery has been taken of it
  • Forbidding buying and selling with a man who is in extreme need
  • Warning against concealing the defect of a commodity offered for sale
  • Undue advantage should not be taken of the ignorance of the buyer or seller
  • Selling by auction
  • Hoarding and excessive profit disallowed

  • Cancelling a deal
  • Cancelling a sale owing to a defecting good
